Almost a year after starting the business, certified practising conveyancer Therese Austin, said she felt the need to expand in order to better service the local community. "This is a testament to the strength of the practice and the demand for my conveyancing services," she said. "The past year has been a great learning experience. After starting the business working out of my home in Gladesville, I quickly felt the need to provide clients with a more professional environment."
